Here is a step by step guide to DIY:

  • Choose a good day and a spot in the shade

  • Hose the teak down for 5 minutes until it is thoroughly wet

  • Wash it with teak cleaner

  • Let it dry

  • Sand the teak with 80 grit, sand it again with 100grit, 120, 180 and lastly 240 grit

  • Wipe off sawdust with a tack-cloth

  • Let it dry and apply 3 coats od nano technology shield. Letting each coat dry before applying next coat.
